The magistrate was entitled to accept the police officers' evidence; the consistent pattern of offers, standardized replies, printed chits and the method of collection demonstrated a system by which sexual services were routinely offered and charged as part of the licensed business, establishing that the premises were kept as a vice establishment and that the appellants were aware; similarity of statements did not destroy credibility.
