Conviction upheld because the trial judge accepted the primary witnesses as truthful and there was ample evidence from which it was reasonable to infer the applicant knew the entrants were unauthorized and assisted them; the statutory defence under s37DA was not proved and the two-year sentence was proportionate given unlawful detention and inducement to prostitution.
