The Director does not owe a duty to independently verify or satisfy himself of the correctness of a Mainland authority's identification for repatriation; identification and acceptance are matters for the receiving authority under its own procedures, therefore the applicant's challenges to the Mainland evidence are irrelevant to the judicial review and the judicial review is rendered academic and must be dismissed.
