The reserved rights either existed only as incidents to ownership of undivided shares and therefore ceased to exist or reverted to the common owners when the developer no longer held any shares, or they were personal licences which expired on the developer's dissolution; accordingly the rights did not devolve to the Government as bona vacantia and the walls and yard are common areas owned by the unit owners and managed by the plaintiff.
