Compound interest was not awarded because it was not pleaded with sufficient particularity and equitable compensation already addressed insolvency-related loss; pre-judgment interest is awarded at HSBC prime +1% but only from the date the successful writ was issued (16 April 2011) until judgment (16 April 2020) because prior delay justified disallowance; post-judgment interest accrues thereafter at the statutory judgment rate; costs are awarded to the plaintiff at 75% of its costs of the consolidated actions with certificate for two counsel, taxed if not agreed.
