Applying a broad‑brush approach and having regard to the complexity, magnitude and period of the claims, the Court found further security for costs appropriate and, after considering deductions and what would be allowed on taxation, ordered further security of HK$10,000,000 to be paid into court within 28 days; costs of the summons were ordered in the cause and an order nisi made absolute unless varied within 14 days.
