The appellate court upheld the trial judge's acceptance of the police evidence and rejection of defence testimony; those findings supplied a proper evidential basis for convictions for trafficking and related offences. No reversible error or sufficient reason to disturb credibility findings was shown. Exercise of s.83W was appropriate for D1 (three months excluded) but not for D2, for whom no order was made.
