On rehearing the Court found CCTV footage and transcript evidence corroborated the prosecution account and undermined the appellant's account; the magistrate's credibility findings were justified and the elements of theft and assault occasioning actual bodily harm were proved beyond reasonable doubt, so the convictions must stand.
