The magistrate's adverse credibility finding was justified on the evidence; the police observations, corroborated by photographs and sketch, permitted the reasonable inference that the appellant was engaged in employment; accordingly the conviction was safe and the sentence of 21 months, being in line with authority, was appropriate and is affirmed.
