The appeal is dismissed because the trial evidence was unchallenged and sufficient to support convictions, the appellant's defence alleging prior legal error and a 'cover-up' was meritless and previously adjudicated, the appellant was not entitled as of right to a transcript and had not shown the transcript was necessary for determination of the appeal, and the appellant had exhausted available remedies in relation to earlier proceedings; therefore the convictions by the magistrate are upheld.
