The magistrate was entitled to infer that the premises were used wholly or mainly for prostitution and that each appellant had knowledge and control, based on two undercover customers being separately offered sexual services including intercourse, absence of other services or persons, physical layout and seized items; therefore the convictions were supported and the appeal must be dismissed.
