Applied the Soleh Boneh manifest validity and ease-of-enforcement guidelines to RHC Order 73 r10A including passive remedy scenario; on brief consideration the Final Award was manifestly valid (public policy challenges on retrospectivity and alleged confidentiality breach were not strong) and enforcement would be rendered more difficult by delay given defendant's refusal to disclose account information and the liquid nature of the prepaid funds; accordingly ordered security in respect of the claim and security for costs but not the full amount sought.
