Climbing an outside wall and remaining on the exterior surface of the building to access the roof does not constitute an 'entry' into the building under s.11(1) of the Theft Ordinance; therefore the burglary conviction could not stand and was substituted by a conviction for theft with an appropriate reduced sentence.
