Appeal allowed; because the two neurologists were in substantial agreement and life expectancy assessment involves consideration of spinal injury parameters (eg Frankel Grade), it was reasonable and convenient to permit a joint neurological examination and supplemental joint report to finalize opinions and assist determination of damages.
