Because bankruptcy is a materially serious ground that ordinarily disqualifies a barrister from practice during the period of bankruptcy, and because the respondent admitted the misconducts (with the other offences being of lesser significance), the appropriate order is indefinite suspension with liberty to apply to lift the suspension after twelve months if the receiving order is discharged.
