The magistrate's inference that the appellant possessed the identity card to further overstaying was unsupported by evidence and therefore erroneous; absent a proven link to overstaying the appropriate sentence for possession is in the lower range (three months), and the sentence structure must be adjusted so that the first charge is served consecutively to the others, producing a revised totality.
