The Supreme Court has jurisdiction under section 8(2)(b) of the Crown Rights (Re-entry & Vesting Remedies) Ordinance to entertain an equitable application for relief against vesting, and equitable relief against forfeiture may be available for breaches other than non-payment of rent; on the pleaded facts the plaintiff has an arguable cause of action and the strike out application was properly dismissed.
