The Court held the correct sentencing starting points were 3 years (count one) and 4 years (count two) given the sums, limited international/complexity factors, lack of personal benefit and the appellant's inducement by her husband; applying a one-third reduction for plea and a further 3‑month reduction for inducement produced a total effective concurrent sentence of 2 years 5 months, and accordingly the original 4.5‑year starting point was manifestly excessive.
