Given the seriousness of two closely timed indecent assaults on a 16‑year‑old in public and the appellant's extensive history of similar offending (36 prior indecent assault convictions), an uplift of three months per count to a 9‑month starting point was justified; reduction to 6 months per count for plea was appropriate and partial concurrency producing an aggregate 8‑month sentence was not manifestly excessive, so the sentence is upheld.
