The trial judge’s credibility findings and inferences based on documentary evidence, messages and commercial arithmetic were permissible and supported the conclusion that both appellants agreed to use a false PCR/statement to obtain an increased commission and thus to defraud the vendor; the appellate court will not disturb those findings as the convictions are not unsafe.
