Clause 11(e) of the Deed of Mutual Covenant creates an automatic charge on all sums payable and unpaid beyond 30 days; the registered memorandum is a notice of sums outstanding at a given date and does not limit the manager's entitlement to recover all arrears and interest accruing up to judgment. Therefore the plaintiff is entitled to a money judgment for all outstanding sums up to the date of judgment and the amended draft order is granted.
