Trial judge properly accepted the credible, consistent lay evidence of two inspection officers and the careful sampling procedure observed by the appellant's representative, supported by expert findings of larvae and adults in the sample; the only reasonable inference is that live mosquito larvae were present at the time of collection, thus the prosecution proved the essential elements beyond reasonable doubt and the conviction is safe.
