The Court held there is a serious issue to be tried that widespread doxxing of Judges and Judicial Officers and their families constitutes a public nuisance that endangers public confidence in the administration of justice, that damages would be an inadequate remedy, and that the balance of convenience favoured continuing the injunction; accordingly the ex parte injunctive relief was continued until trial or further order, with a news-activity exemption and substituted service permitted.
