The High Court held that the Magistrate's detailed credibility findings were justified, the inherent probabilities favored the prosecution given the appellant's intoxication and conduct, and nothing in the rehearing raised a reasonable doubt as to the correctness of the convictions; therefore the appeal was dismissed and the convictions were upheld.
