The judge allowed the revised Brown Version of redactions and rejected the Foundation's extensive Blue Version because many of the contested details were already in the public domain or were material to understanding the court's exercise of discretion; limited redactions preserving dates and existence of trustee/internal matters were appropriate but wholesale anonymisation and removal would unjustifiably impair comprehension.
