Court allowed appeals because although review under s81A and substitution of imprisonment were justified, the Court of Appeal erred by applying the new Wong Chi Fung sentencing guidelines retrospectively in fixing term lengths and failed to record consideration of youth protections under s109A; remedy was to set aside the Court of Appeal sentences and substitute imprisonment terms equal to time already served.
