The Court refused most applications for leave to appeal and dismissed TPB's application in FAMV17/2015; it granted leave only on limited, specific questions: Question 7 in TPB's FAMV30/2015 (concerning how the dimensions of a non-building area for a site are to be determined) and Question 2 in Hysan's FAMV28/29/2015 (proportionality/GPI point).
