Claimant failed to prove that the defendant employed or was responsible for the security personnel, failed to establish that the PRC Constitution applied in Hong Kong, and failed to show any infringement of rights implemented by the Bill of Rights Ordinance or any causative loss; the evidence (videos and affidavit) did not prove denial of access or psychiatric injury on the balance of probabilities, therefore all causes of action failed and the claim is dismissed with costs to be paid by the claimant.
