The court accepted the plaintiffs' evidence of the oral arrangement and Superseding Agreement and, to prevent future dispute given the Official Receiver's stated position, granted a declaratory judgment that the shares in the 1st plaintiff are beneficially owned by Madam Wong (75%) and Mr Jor (25%), and awarded costs to the plaintiffs against the 4th defendant, to be taxed if leave is obtained from the Bankruptcy Court.
