The Court of Appeal upheld the trial judge's factual findings that the marriage ended in October 2009 and that, on the evidence of control, use and continued access to subsidiary assets, the husband had beneficial interests in the offshore holding structure (assessed at 50% for present ancillary valuation purposes).
