The employee's drawings were artistic works and the Plaintiff's manufactured fixtures were reproductions issued to the public; copyright subsisted and vested in the Plaintiff; substantial objective similarity combined with opportunity to copy established a prima facie case shifting the burden to the Defendant, who offered no evidence to rebut, therefore the Defendant knowingly infringed the Plaintiff's copyright.
