The two Chinese deeds showing Man Mou Hei purchased the 1 shek, together with the pattern of entries in the Wui records, lack of registration of any Man Mou Hei Tong/Tso, and conduct by Man Yat Kwai, establish that no legal tong/tso existed and that the estate of Man Mou Hei is the owner entitled to the proceeds; therefore final judgment is given to the administrator of Man Mou Hei and payment out ordered, with costs treated as payable from the trust subject to taxation limits.
