On the evidence, including witness credibility and contemporaneous meeting minutes and follow-up correspondence, the court found the agreed fee was HK$200,000, rejected the Defendant's allegations of non-performance, accepted that the Plaintiff granted a HK$50,000 discount, and therefore entered judgment for the Plaintiff for HK$115,000 with interest from 16 June 2001 and costs to be taxed if not agreed.
