The debtor failed to show a bona fide dispute on substantial grounds; the petition was properly presented by Bank of China through duly authorized agents under the Power and Deed of Substitution, non‑compliance with Practice Directions regarding seal formalities was a technical defect which could be waived, the Power was not shown to have been validly revoked, and accordingly a bankruptcy order was made against the debtor.
