The originating summons was struck out under Order 18 rule 19 because the High Court (Original Jurisdiction) is not a proper defendant, the allegations against judges relate to judicial acts and are impermissible and must be pursued by appeal, and the complaint against the deputy registrar is frivolous and discloses no reasonable cause; accordingly the proceedings are an abuse of process.
