The magistrate's findings that the television and computer showed race results, that the documents were betting records as identified by expert testimony, and that these items found with the appellant permitted the inference he was engaged in bookmaking were reasonable and lawful; absent demonstrable error the appellate court will not disturb those factual findings, so the conviction is upheld.
