Objections to the admissibility of relevant but inadmissible evidence taken only after the close of the plaintiff's case were waived; on the facts the Postmaster General, having provided facilities which enabled the wrongdoing, was under a Norwich Pharmacal duty to disclose the names and addresses of the P.O. box applicants/operators and the declaration for disclosure should be granted.
