The magistrate was entitled to find the police were lawfully on the premises and had reasonable grounds to request identification under Public Order Ordinance s49; the appellant repeatedly refused to produce identification despite possessing it, that refusal amounted to obstruction of a police officer's duty, the subsequent arrest was lawful, and the convictions for obstruction and resisting arrest were therefore properly sustained.
