On the balance of probabilities the court accepted the evidence of the independent security guards that the plaintiff was found between the fifth and sixth pillars and rejected the plaintiff's account that she was tripped by the nail between the fourth and fifth pillars; the plaintiff failed to prove causation and therefore the claim was dismissed.
