Appellate court concluded that on the facts (small total quantity, presence of paraphernalia and circumstances of use) the evidence pointed to personal consumption rather than trafficking; accordingly the conviction for possession for the purpose of unlawful trafficking was unsustainable and was quashed and substituted with a conviction for simple possession while the conviction on the second possession charge was upheld.
