The Magistrate's starting point of six months was appropriate given the appellant's numerous recent similar convictions and the need to protect the public; the one-third guilty plea discount to arrive at four months was correct; 33 days of administrative detention was not a proper credit against the present sentence, but the appellant should be credited 27 extra lawful days of remand and the sentence reduced accordingly.
