The Customer Database and Price List are confidential and amount to trade secrets; on the balance of probabilities the 1st and 2nd defendants disclosed GSM Depot particulars to Madina and the 3rd defendant attempted to divert a new customer (Jabbour); the defendants provided confidential information to Masterfone enabling it to trade with plaintiff's customers; the Restraint of Trade Clause was invalid for lack of geographical limitation; plaintiff entitled to injunctive relief restraining use/disclosure of Customer Database and to costs as ordered.
