On credibility the judge found Mr Ng was the defendant's general manager with actual authority to enter into the transactions; corroborating evidence (company chop on contracts, name cards, use of office facilities and a public termination notice) established authority and thus defendant is liable for the unpaid contracts, loans and payments to third parties.
