The Court held the judge did not err: the SMS messages were part of direct evidence supporting the accomplice witnesses rather than purely circumstantial matters requiring a special inferential direction; the propensity direction properly cautioned the jury not to treat admitted sexual‑trafficking conduct as proof of drug trafficking; and the prior consistent statement was admissible to rebut an allegation of recent invention and was properly received. The applicant's conviction was therefore safe and the appeal dismissed.
