Clause 14 of the Agency Agreement provided a valid contractual mechanism for service by post; the petitioner proved posting by certificate and affidavit evidence, such posting was deemed service the next day, the termination took effect after the contractual notice period, the debt became due, the respondent raised no bona fide dispute in his affirmation and therefore a bankruptcy order was properly made against him.
