The appeal was dismissed because the magistrate permissibly accepted PW3's evidence, reasonably concluded the contested notebook signatures were those of the appellant without reversing the burden of proof, properly inferred adoption from signature, and correctly held that bullion is "property" and that inducement to offer to trade in such property satisfied s.3(1)(b) of Cap.335.
