On the balance of probabilities the plaintiff proved the 2016 will was duly executed and not revoked; the defendant failed to show he conducted all reasonable searches or provide credible evidence of revocation or share transfers; the presumption of revocation was not invoked or rebutted in the defendant's favour; accordingly the certified true copy was propounded and the plaintiff appointed sole executrix.
