Because the wife provided the whole of the purchase money for the Kam Ming Court flat, that property was held on resulting trust for her; accordingly her claim that she funded the Oscar Court purchase succeeded such that the Oscar Court flat, while vested beneficially in the husband, is charged in her favour and the husband is liable to repay her the specified sum, with the wife subrogated to the unpaid vendor's lien.
