The magistrate erred in treating prior convictions for keeping unlicensed massage establishments as evidence of a predisposition to prostitution; accordingly the Court allowed the appellant's appeal in part and substituted the immediate custodial sentence with a three months' imprisonment suspended for twelve months while upholding the fine of $3,000.
