The Court continued the interim injunction under s.17 of Cap.192 and granted an anti-suit injunction against the Father and Husband because, on the evidence and expert opinion, the provisional attachment did not amount to submission to Taiwanese jurisdiction, there was a real risk of concerted action between Father and Husband that would jeopardize the Wife's ancillary reliefs, and the balance of justice favored protecting the Wife's interests; the anti-suit injunction was directed at the parties and did not improperly offend comity.
